Yes. In case of order collection by you from the store, you will have to check the meat package on the premise of the store itself and return it in case of dissatisfaction with its contents. You may return the same within 24 hours time with its original packaging and in an unused condition.

For the items returned by you, we shall endeavour to resolve any complaint and dispute that may arise on account of quality of products or services received by you. Complaints pertaining to the quality of goods shall be forwarded to the Store manager for further review and investigation.
